Circular duct.
Ducts are always produced locally and can therefore have different thicknesses and other specifications per country.
The ducts in Ø 80 – 315 can be produced both with and without click function (notches). Please specify when ordering.
Available in Recycled Steel in selected countries.
Duct hole cover
Material: Plastic
Colour: White (comparable to RAL9003)
A plastic ring to provide a neat finish to a hole where ducts pass through a wall.
Working bench/platform for cutting circular ducts of diameters Ø 80–315 and lengths 200–3000 mm.
The bench is CE approved.
The bench is equipped with:
Spare parts are available.
SREC is a plastic end cap to prevent dust and debris to contaminate ducts.
The product can be used during transport, storage or during the installation of the duct system.
Fits inside SR ducts.
Single-layer duct wall.
Double-layer duct wall.
Single-layer duct wall
Can also be used where a flexible duct of aluminium is not sufficient to meet fire regulations. Ø 80 and 100 mm are usually used in this field of application.
Double-layer inner duct wall. The inner duct wall is covered with a glass wool insulation. The insulation is covered with a double-layer outer duct.
The insulation reduces the heat gain or loss resulting from a temperature difference between the air flowing in the duct and the surrounding air.
The outer duct acts as a vapour barrier to prevent condensation to enter into the insulation. Condensation can occur on the outside of a duct carrying air at lower temperatures than the surrounding air.
SRH is a carrying handle which makes it substantially easier to manually move circular ventilation ducts at the building site.
The handle fit ducts Ø 315–1250, but it is adequate to limit its use to the sizes Ø 400–800. You ought not to exceed the recommended maximum carrying weight of 25 kg per person.
One person at each duct end uses a handle each.
Weight: 2,0 kg
The roof transition type SRIP is used in connection with roof hoods type VHL, VHA and VHP, where there is both demands of condensation insulation and sound attenuation effect, plus a wish for a harmonic transition between roof transition and hood.
SRIP is constructed around a perforated inner duct, an outer black painted spirally wounded duct with intermediate insulation and equipped with end cap at the bottom. It is recommended to fasten SRIP to roof beam. Use beam fixture type SBG.
The standard length is 1000 mm. Lengths 1500 and 2000 mm in black, has to be ordered (no stock item).
Capped circular duct.
SRR is a cradle for cutting of ducts with Ø 315–1250 mm. The duct is placed on two or three cradles for simple, fast and ergonomically correct rotating at marking of cut length and at cutting.
The cradle substantially reduces the need of free floor space, and makes it easier to arrange a proper working place e.g. with simpler cord handling.
Made with lightening holes for smaller weight and easier carrying.
The rollers are available as spare part and can easily be exchanged.
Weight: 5,0 kg
The product is CE marked according to EN 12101-7 and used in a circular smoke control system - single compartment (see declaration of performance).
Classification according to EN13501-4
E600 120 (ho - Ve) S 1500 single
Circular spiral swaged duct with projecting seam.
The duct has end stubs swaged on, with Transfer beads at each end.
Please refer to page SR for technical data about ducts.
Used for deflections of the duct system, for example where ducts cross.
Has a joining profile type RJFP at both ends, and is stiffened by trapezoid corrugations.
A special relationship is needed between the a-dimension, fall f and length l for the LBSR to retain its cross-sectional area and not restrict the air flow. For this reason, standard lengths and standard drops have been prepared.
Has a joining profile type RJFP at both ends, and is stiffened by corrugations.
The product is CE marked according to EN 12101-7 and used in a rectangular smoke control system - single compartment (see declaration of performance).
Rectangular regulating damper
Consists of a duct with trapezoid corrugations and a turning blade. Blade angle can be adjusted 0–90° using the knob in the cup, and blade angle is read from an embossed scale on the edge of the cup. Locking is done by two Pozidriv screws (PZD2).
The damper is provided with a joining profile at each end. The length is normally b + 10, but the damper can also be ordered in special lengths.
The cup allows an insulation thickness of 50 mm. If thicker insulation is needed, add the special insulation cup IK to the damper.
Maximum size for the damper is 600 × 600 mm.
LKSR is equipped with joining profile type RJFP.
The collar is used for connection to circular duct. The rectangular end is provided with joining profiles type RJFP. The rounded end has an edge, for fixing with blind rivets or self-tapping screws.
Other lengths can also be supplied.
Surface finish: Coated Sendzimir zink plated C4.
Surface finish: Electro zinc plated.
Slide-on stub for installation in ducts of type SR.
After the duct has been shortened/fitted, add sealant etc between the swaged seams on the slide-on stub, after which the slide-on stub is inserted into the duct. The two swaged seams guide and retain the slide-on stub.
To finish off, the edge of the stub is swaged, both to remove the sharp edge of the transition and to fix the slide-on stub.
Please refer to the shortening instruction on page InstructionTransfer.
Is also used as transition piece OTRTH between Transfer and flexible hose THVTR. See page THVTR.
Ventiduct is an air distribution system consisting of spiral seamed circular ducts that is equipped with a large number of small nozzles inserted into the duct wall. They are supplied in five sizes from ø200 mm to ø500 mm and with various nozzle patterns, which should be chosen according to the task in hand.
Maximum standard length is 3,000 mm. The ducts have a raised protective cover to prevent the nozzles becoming deformed during transport. Ventiduct ducts can be supplied in hot-galvanised or powder-coated versions, VSR and VSRPL.
The system should be primarily used for the supply of cooled air.
Cordless shears to cut circular ducts of sheet metal thickness up to 4x0,9 mm.
The shears can be fitted on the workbench (SR cutter), SRCS2. Note that to be able to connect TRC200 to SRCS2, the adapter CSAD must be used, see mounting instructions.
The shears can also be used for other types of metal cutting.
