BDLD is a curved rectangular attenuator with convensional design with width and height dimensions that doesn't exceed the present connection dimensions. Sizes available in horizontal mounting between (a x b) 400x300 mm to 2400x2400 mm and in vertical mounting between 400x300 mm and 2000x1500 mm. Design BDLD has an external shell of trapezoidal corrugated sheet metal for stabillity and reduced risk of oscillation. BDLD is designed for low pressure drop with baffle combinations that attenuate aspecially low frequences well. The type of insulation material is developed to provide good sound properties, low weight and to be cleanable. BDLD meets the requirements of air tightness class C and pressure class 2 according to EN 1507:2006. Tested according to ISO 7235. BDLD is equipped with joining profile type RJFP / LS. BSLCU is a circular curved silencer. Nominal insulation thicknesses are 50 mm or 100 mm. Lack of space is a frequent problem in air treatment installations. This means that it is often difficult to find enough straight lengths to install a straight silencer. This problem can be eliminated by installing a curved silencer. For the same length, it mostly has better attenuation than the equivalent straight silencer. In particular, you get better attenuation at high frequencies 4 and 8 kHz. Attenuation material is mineral wool. The BSLCU are made of sheet metal and an inner tube made of sheet steel with small openings to be able to withstand mechanical cleaning and at the same time do not interfere with the insertionloss. The space between them is filled with mineral wool and a nonwoven cloth are inserted between inner tube and the attenuation material, to prevent fibres from the insulation getting into the duct system. Silencer can be cleaned by rotating nylon brushes, vacuum cleaner or damp cloth. Rectangular curved attenuator from Aerodim™ series. SLRB is equipped with Aerodim™ baffles (splitters). The attenuator is manufactured with frame of galvanized sheet and absorption material type Lindtec™. The absorption wool is easy to clean while preventing the dispersal of fibres.
Due to aerodynamic design, the SLRB has a low pressure loss and low generation of flow noise. Due to the low pressure loss it is possible to use smaller duct sizes and still enjoy low energy consumption.
The baffles are available in a width 200 mm. Distances between the baffles vary according to the required attenuation and airflow.
Sizes available in horizontal mounting between (a x b) 400x300 mm to 2000x2000 mm and in vertical mounting between 400x300 mm and 2000x1500 mm. Length of legs are always 300 mm. Width goes in 100 mm steps.
